The University of Miami’s College of Arts and Sciences approached us during the COVID pandemic looking to grow a handful of their master’s degree programs. They had never run a digital paid advertising campaign and had relied entirely on college fairs and in-person recruitment, methods that were suddenly upended by hte pandemic. They were willing to think outside the box and test a new approach, despite working with constrained resources.

We built custom landing pages for every program, showcasing each one’s key selling points, student testimonials, and curriculum details. We connected the contact forms directly to the University’s CRM, Slate, which enabled immediate entry into email workflows, personalized recruiter outreach, and reliable conversion tracking.
An email campaign was built for each program to keep prospects engaged well after submitting a form. After testing Meta and Google Ads, we found that Google delivered the strongest results. With a limited budget, we shifted all spending to Google to maximize conversions.
